These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Client, you, your") and AcroQube LLC ("AcroQube, we, us, our") governing your access to and use of the Site, the AcroQube Chrome extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Government agencies, search engines, news organisations, and online directory distributors may link to our home page without prior approval, provided the link is not deceptive or misleading. We aim to keep the Service available but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any disruption or loss of data resulting from such downtime.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination your licence ends and we may delete your data after 30 days. You may request export of your data prior to deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcroQube will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AcroQube and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labour disputes, outages, or government action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days before commencing court proceedings. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AcroQube regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
