Welcome to https://acroqube.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Client, you, your") and AcroQube LLC ("AcroQube, we, us, our") governing your access to and use of the Site, the AcroQube Chrome extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will post notice on the Site or email registered users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate any law or third‑party right;
  • upload malware, unsolicited advertising, or defamatory, obscene or harassing content;
  • reverse‑engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

4. Cookies

We use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy to operate and improve the Service. You may disable cookies, but some features may not function.

5. Intellectual‑Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, all content and software on the Service are owned by AcroQube or its licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Service for personal or internal‑business purposes. You must not:

  • republish, sell, or redistribute our content;
  • copy or exploit our content for commercial gain;
  • remove proprietary notices or trademarks.

6. User Content (Comments, etc.)

If you submit content ("User Content") you:

  • warrant you have the necessary rights;
  • grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and display the User Content for operating, promoting, and improving the Service;
  • remain solely responsible for the User Content.

We may remove User Content that breaches these Terms.

7. Linking to Our Site

Government agencies, search engines, news organisations, and online directory distributors may link to our home page without prior approval, provided the link is not deceptive or misleading. Other organisations may request approval by emailing support@acroqube.com. We may revoke permission at any time.

8. iFrames

You may not frame our pages or otherwise alter their visual presentation without written consent.

9. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim to keep the Service available but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any disruption or loss of data resulting from such downtime.

10. Termination & Suspension

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination your licence ends and we may delete your data after 30 days. You may request export of your data prior to deletion.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcroQube will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AcroQube and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labour disputes, outages, or government action.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days before commencing court proceedings. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AcroQube regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
